Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with acute coronary syndrome confirmed by clinical manifestations, electrocardiogram, and laboratory tests (cardiac troponin, creatine kinase, creatine kinase isoenzyme, etc.), including acute ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction, acute non-ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction, and unstable angina pectoris; 2. Patients with Pittsburgh sleep quality index score greater than 7; 3. aged >= 18 years old; 4. The patient had a smartphone and can skillfully use it; 5. The patient had no previous or current mental illness or cognitive impairment, and had normal reading and language skills; 6. The patients voluntarily participated in the study and signed the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The patient was in the acute phase of ACS; 2. The patient suffered from cardiogenic shock; 3. The patient suffered from acute left heart failure; 4. The patient had recurrent chest pain accompanied by ECG ST-T changes; 5. The patient had a clear history of mental illness (bipolar disorder, schizophrenia); 6. Patients with suicidal tendencies; 7. Patients with chronic kidney disease, cancer, other serious diseases.
