Group L:In group L, 1% lidocaine hydrochloride 1.5 mg/kg was injected intravenously 5 minutes after the completion of anesthesia induction within 5 minutes, and then 1.5 mg/kg/h continued to be pumped
Group C:Pump intravenously 0.9% normal saline at the same speed

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. ASA Class I or Class II; 2. Aged 18 to 65 years; 3. Patients who require the use of postoperative analgesia pumps.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Refuse to participate in this research; 2. Those who are allergic to lidocaine hydrochloride injection; 3. Poor control of preoperative hypertension; 4. Severe liver/renal insufficiency before surgery; 5. Complicated with pulmonary infection; 6. Estimated tourniquet usage time <30min.
