Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Inclusion criteria for exposure group: (1) Patients with type 2 diabetes who meet the diagnostic criteria of the "Chinese Guidelines for the Prevention and Treatment of Type 2 Diabetes (2020 Edition)"; (2) Age >= 60 years old; (3) The average score of the Chinese version of the Diabetes Psychological Distress Scale is >=2; (4) Sign the informed consent to participate in this study and voluntarily accept the follow-up investigation of this study. 2. Inclusion criteria for the control group: (1) Patients with type 2 diabetes who meet the diagnostic criteria of the "China Guidelines for the Prevention and Treatment of Type 2 Diabetes (2017 Edition)"; (2) Age >= 60 years old; (3) The average score of the Chinese version of the Diabetes Psychological Distress Scale is less than 2; (4) Sign the informed consent to participate in this study and voluntarily accept the follow-up investigation of this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Disabled or mentally handicapped; 2. People with special diseases: such as Alzheimer's disease, malignant tumors, acute infectious diseases, acquired immunodeficiency syndrome; 3. Those who cannot cooperate with those who complete the questionnaire.
