Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged >= 18 years old; 2. The linear suture length of the surgical incision is >= 4 cm; 3. Agree to use elastic silicone patch and ordinary silicone patch after operation, and sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Mental illness or intellectual disability; 2. Unwilling or unable to follow up regularly; 3. Pregnant and lactating women; 4. At the same time other anti-scar treatment; 5. Taking drugs that affect scar growth; 6. Those who are allergic to silicone materials.
