Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Maternity ward midwives or maternity ward nurses with perinatal bereavement experience; 2.Voluntarily participate and sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Individuals who received other competency training or continuing medical education during the study; 2.Individuals who withdrew from the study due to pregnancy, retirement or resignation.
