Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Male or female patients aged 40-75 years; 2.Clinician confirmed moderate or severe COPD according to GOLD criteria; 3.Patients were in the stable COPD phase for 3 months or more; 4.Resided in the current place of residence for 12 months or more; 5.No smoking at present; 6.Currently, there is no dust contact; 7.Ability to use a simple pulmonary function meter to measure lung function after training; 8.Volunteer to participate in the study and sign the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with asthma or history of asthma; 2.Complicated with bronchiectasis, pulmonary fibrosis, lung cancer and other airflow restriction diseases; 3.Coronary heart disease, hypertensive heart disease, heart valve disease and other diseases that cause labor shortness of breath; 4.Women who are pregnant or breastfeeding; 5.Is receiving anti-bacterial chemotherapy for tuberculosis; 6.Previous pulmonary surgery; 7.Severe liver insufficiency, renal failure, malignancy or mental illness; 8.Other active diseases that might have affected the results of the study; 9.Other circumstances that doctors deem inappropriate to join the study.
