Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. A clear diagnosis of AACG persistent intraocular hypertension, the first attack of AACG; 2. Aged > 50 years old, male or female; 3. The general condition is fair, and there is no multiple organ failure, and treatment and follow-up can be carried out; 4. Exclude high intraocular pressure caused by other diseases, such as: incomplete dislocation of the lens, neovascular glaucoma, etc.; 5. The patient agrees to receive random treatment.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. For very few patients who meet the inclusion criteria, but the corneal edema is particularly severe and the anterior chamber is extremely shallow, the preoperative assessment of ALPI risk is higher; 2. Patients with severe heart, brain, kidney, lung disease, advanced cancer, poor blood pressure, blood sugar control and other patients who cannot tolerate eye surgery; 3. Patients with acute infectious inflammation of the eye and at risk of infection; 4. One-eyed patients; 5. Patients with a history of previous intraocular surgery or ocular trauma; 6. Secondary glaucoma, other eye diseases that may affect the structure and function of the chamber angle, such as uveitis, lens dislocation, etc.
