Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Sexual women over the age of 20; 2. Complete the signing of the informed consent; 3. Complete the questionnaire.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Those who are unwilling to cooperate with gynecological examination and follow-up; 2. Sexual intercourse, tub bath, vaginal lavage and topical medication within 24 hours before vaginal specimen collection; 3. Use antibiotics within 3 months; 4. Take probiotics within 1 month; 5. History of cervical conization, surgery and reproductive system surgery or resection; 6. A history of cancer treatment.
