Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged >=40 years old, understand, agree and cooperate with glaucoma surgery; 2. Adhesive angle closure range PAS >= 180 degree under preoperative gonioscopy; 3. IOP > 21mmHg without ocular hypotensive drugs or IOP <= 21mmHg with ocular hypotensive drugs; 4. With cataract: The surgeon believes that the lens is cloudy enough to cause vision loss. (Preoperative best corrected visual acuity (BCVA) < 0.5 or reduced contrast sensitivity).
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with a history of previous intraocular surgery (excluding laser iridotomy and laser iridoplasty); 2. Patients with eye diseases known to affect the anterior segment anatomy, such as ciliary body or iris cysts, trauma and use of topical drugs to affect iris morphology; 3. Patients with a history of uveitis; 4. Long-term use of topical or systemic glucocorticoids; 5. Explicitly refuse to join the researcher.
