Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Pathological squamous cell carcinoma stage III/IV head and neck cancer; 2. Aged 18 to 70 years; 3. Stage III-IV head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (except nasopharyngeal carcinoma) confirmed by histopathology or cytology, with positive EGFR expression.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Participated in other interventional clinical trials within 30 days of screening; 2. Patients with distant metastasis; 3. Known infection with HV virus or active viral hepatitis; 4. Those who are allergic to the use of this program or are allergic to other ingredients; 5. Patients who are deemed unsuitable by the investigator to participate in this study.
