18 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18-60 years old; 2. Diagnosed inpatients with type 2 diabetes and matched normal control groups; 3. Have full capacity for action; 4. Willing to sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Systemic use of antibiotics, cortisone hormones, cytokines that can stimulate the body's immune system, methotrexate and other immunosuppressants within the past six months; 2. Use of probiotics in large doses within the past six months (daily intake > 108 cfu); 3. Apply topical antibiotics (such as mouthwash) within the past 7 days; 4. Other chronic diseases that require long-term medical treatment; 5. Eating very irregularly in recent months; 6. HIV, HBV, HCV positive; 7. Women during pregnancy and lactation; 8. Dry mouth; 9. There are obvious untreated oral abscesses, periodontal disease, active caries in the mouth; 10. Have oral precancerous lesions or oral cancer; 11. Have oral fungal infection; 12. Missing more than 8 teeth.
