Interventions

Control group:Place a tourniquet on the right lower extremity before one-lung ventilation without pressure inflation
test group:Before one-lung ventilation, a tourniquet was placed on the right lower extremity to inflate and pressurize to 600 mmHg for 5 minutes, then deflate for 5 minutes, and repeat for 4 weeks.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Lung cancer patients, ASA grades are all I-II grades; 2. Good cognitive function, no contraindications to surgery; 3. Preoperative pulmonary function indicators are normal or only mild pulmonary dysfunction; 4. No long-term use of antioxidants (such as multivitamins, etc.), no long-term use of cortisol hormones and non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug treatment history; 5. The clinical data are complete, and the patients and their families gave informed consent and signed the consent form for surgery and anesthesia.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Anemia, hypoproteinemia; 2. Severe cardiac and renal dysfunction, severe hypertension, diabetes, coronary heart disease; 3. Severe respiratory dysfunction before surgery: arterial partial pressure of oxygen (PaO2) 37.5 ?; 8. Severe cognitive impairment; 9. Have a history of asthma; 10. Peripheral vascular and muscle diseases.
