Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Select people over 60 years old who are newly admitted to the elderly care institutions in Henan, Tianjin, Zhejiang and other provinces and cities; 2. Seniors who plan to live in nursing homes for more than 12 months (long enough time to experience the life of the institution will help to obtain richer information); 3. Informed consent, willing to participate in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Serious physical and mental illness; 2. Severe cognitive impairment, language expression and hearing impairment, unwilling to communicate; 3. Participate in other research.
