Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Subjects were diagnosed with primary Parkinson's disease; 2.The diagnosis of constipation is based on clinical manifestations and other auxiliary examination evidence; 3.Patients can communicate well with researchers and sign informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Parkinson's disease syndrome with clear etiology, such as vascular Parkinson's disease; 2.Obvious white matter lesions; 3.Clear Parkinson's superimposed syndrome, such as multi-system atrophy, and Parkinson's syndrome caused by other system diseases; 4.To exclude intestinal organic lesions; 5.Having serious heart, liver, lung, kidney, blood, immune diseases or serious diseases affecting their survival; 6.Unable to cooperate to complete the research process 7.Participated in other clinical medical studies in the past 3 months; 8.Doctors judge that they are not suitable to participate in this study.
