Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients with primary IgA nephropathy diagnosed by kidney biopsy; 2.Complete clinical indicators and pathological data.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with diabetes and thyroid disease; 2.Patients who have used hormones or immunosuppressive agents before biopsy; 3.Patients with rapidly progressive IgA nephropathy or IgA nephropathy caused by other reasons
