Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: OSAHS is diagnosed in accordance with the diagnostic criteria of the Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Obstructive Sleep Apnea-Hypopnea Syndrome (2011 Revised Edition), and the degree is judged: mild AHI: 5-15 times/h; LSaO2 (%) 85-94; moderate AHI: 15-30 times/h, LSaO2(%); 80-84; severe AHI: > 30 times/h; < 80%. Diagnostic criteria for simple snoring: only snoring during sleep, Sleep apnea hypopnea index (AHI) < 5 times/h, no night hypoxemia. The grouping of UA is divided according to the "Guidelines for Primary Diagnosis and Treatment of Gout and Hyperuricemia".

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with malignant tumors, recent urinary system infections, and nephrotoxic drugs are excluded from these patients; 2. OSAHS patients with liver damage caused by drug therapy; 3. Central sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome , Patients with mixed obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome; 4.
