Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. PCV patients: that is, polypoid hyperfluorescence within 6 minutes of indocyanine green angiography (ICGA) injection of contrast agent, with or without abnormal branching vascular network; 2. No treatment or no anti-VEGF treatment within 6 months; 3. Voluntarily participate in this study and sign the informed consent; 4. There are long-term follow-up conditions in the included hospital.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Combined with other serious eye diseases; 2. Combined with serious systemic diseases, and the current clinical routine treatment has contraindications; 3. There is no long-term follow-up condition.
