Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) grades I-III; 2. Patients who are scheduled to undergo radical gastrectomy under general anesthesia.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe hepatic and renal insufficiency; 2. Severe heart block; 3. Lidocaine allergy history; 4. Long-term use of opioid analgesics, drug abuse, alcohol abuse and history of mental illness; 5. Refuse to participate in this experiment.
