Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1)female patients who were to undergo unilateral radical mastectomy for the first time; (2)Aged 18-65 years old; (3)ASA classification: I, II; (4)Body mass index (BMI): 18~28kg/m2; (5)Have the ability to act independently, clear consciousness and understand the survey content; (6) Volunteer to participate in the study and sign the agreement
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) History of long-term use of analgesic and sedative drugs and medication history; (2) Local block contraindication: severe local anesthetic allergy, coagulation dysfunction, puncture site infection, etc.; (3) Unable to cooperate with researchers: hearing impairment, mental problems, etc.; (4) Diabetic patients; (5) recent use of cortisol hormones and adrenaline antagonists/stimulants.
