Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with elective thoracoscopic surgery; 2. The preoperative ASA classification is I-III; 3. Aged 18-75 years, no gender limit; 4. Patients or caregivers can use WeChat proficiently; 5. Patients who voluntarily participate in this study and fully informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with mental illness or cognitive impairment who cannot cooperate with the research; 2. Patients with severe heart, lung, liver, kidney and other dysfunctions before surgery; 3. Chronic pain history, long-term use of analgesics; 4. Patients who are allergic to related drugs in this study; 5. Those who are not suitable for clinical trials due to other reasons.
