The pre-treatment group :The pre-treatment group was given 400mg celecoxib at 4h before THA, 200mg at 4h after THA, then 200mg every 12h until 72h post operation.
The post-treatment group :The post-treatment group was given 400mg celecoxib at 4h after THA, and then 200mg every 12h until 72h post operation.

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. diagnosed as hip OA based on clinical and image examinations; 2. aged >= 18 years; 3. conformed to unilateral THA indication and planned to undergo it; 4. fully understood the study contents and volunteered to participate in the study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. contraindications to THA or the study drug; 2. hip OA patients who were unable to benefit from THA, which was judged by attending physician; 3. history of drug abuse, including consecutively long-term use of sedatives or analgesics; 4. complicated with underlying diseases that may affect study evaluations; 5. use of analgesics within 7 days before THA; 6. pregnant or lactating patients.
