65 Years to 74 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 65-75 years old, capable of independent activities; 2. no recent joint pain or swelling; 3. no stroke, diabetes, Parkinson's disease, etc.; 4. no cognitive impairment, paresthesia, or movement disorders; not taking any medication affecting the motor system; 5. no history of trauma or surgery within 6 months; 6. no allergies against taping; 7. good compliance and willingness to complete the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. failure to comply with the study's test procedures and interventions or undergoing other balance-related interventions; 2. currently or previously having low-back pain or low-back injury; 3. other diseases affecting balance.
