Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patient ventilator-assisted breathing (nasal/orotracheal intubation, tracheostomy cannula); 2. The patient does not wake up from general anesthesia (within 4 hours after surgery), and does not breathe spontaneously; 3. The patient's vital signs are stable, the limbs are warm, and the urine output is >=2ml/Kg/h; 4. Aged 16-75 years; 5. Patient weight 55-90 Kg; 6. SPO2=100%; 7. All patients were within 4 hours after surgery; 8. The patient has had chest CT imaging examination in the past 2 years.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. There are obvious congenital deformities of the thorax; 2. During mechanical ventilation, peak airway pressure >= 45cm H2O; 3. When changing the waveform of the ventilator flow rate, the patient's SPO2 continues to decrease, and there are changes in heart rate and blood pressure at the same time; 4. Patients with pneumothorax; 5. Patients with ARDS; 6. Patients with COPD; 7. Patients with multiple organ dysfunction.
