18 Years to 90 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria of ALI/ARDS, and PaO2 /FiO2 <200 mmHg; 2. Use invasive mechanical ventilation; 3. The doctor in charge decides to use prone and prone ventilation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Aged 90 years; 2. Pregnancy; 3. PaO2 /FiO2 <60 mmHg; 4. Adopt ECMO; 5. Femoral artery/femoral vein catheterization; 6. The patient has been diagnosed with ARDS for more than 3 days at the time of screening; 7. Increased abdominal pressure; 8. Unstable vertebral fractures; 9. Life-threatening arrhythmia or circulatory failure.
