Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Elderly patients who plan to undergo elective orthopaedic surgery at Shengjing Hospital, aged over 65 years; 2. The anesthesia method was general anesthesia, and the patients and their families gave informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe hearing, reading or language communication impairment, unable to communicate normally; 2. Dementia or severe cognitive impairment, unable to cooperate in completing the investigation; 3. Have a history of serious mental illness, refuse or cannot cooperate with this research.
