Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the Rome IV criteria, diagnosed with functional constipation, and undergo colonoscopy within 5 years to exclude organic lesions. 2. Constipation refers to the Rome IV diagnostic criteria for functional constipation, and must meet two or more of the following: (1) At least 25% of bowel movements feel labored; (2) At least 25% of stools are dry balls or hard stools.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Acute gastrointestinal infection, intestinal obstruction, anorectal mucosal lesions, intestinal organic lesions. 2. Patients with defecation disorder, habitual constipation, chronic constipation, or serious diseases of colon and rectum within 2 years before admission. 3. Severe, uncontrolled cardiovascular, liver, kidney, hematopoietic system, endocrine, severe infection.
