Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. In line with the diagnostic criteria revised in the 4th National Cerebrovascular Disease Conference in 1995, and confirmed by CT or MRI at the same time, the first onset, unilateral lesions, and hemiplegia on one limb; 2. Aged 18-80 years; 3. Stroke recovery period (14 days= IV; 6. The patients or their family members understand the relevant matters and sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Diseases that seriously affect the movement and sensory function of the upper limb and hand on the affected side, such as pain, shoulder joint subluxation, joint contracture, upper limb fracture, severe osteoporosis, etc.; 2. Complicated with severe cognitive impairment, visual impairment, hearing impairment, and balance dysfunction; 3. There are metal implants or cardiac stents installed in the skull; 4. Combined with serious heart, lung, liver, kidney and other important organ diseases; 5. There is a history of epilepsy; 6. Those suffering from mental illness or emotional instability; 7. Progressive stroke or uncontrolled hypertension.
