Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Able to complete laparoscopic distal gastrectomy for gastric cancer; 2. Preoperative pathological diagnosis of gastric cancer; 3. The patient's general condition is good, and there is no serious heart, lung, kidney, liver dysfunction or metabolic disease; 4. No serious obstruction, perforation and bleeding occurred before surgery; 5. No distant metastatic lesions were found before surgery; 6. Have not received radiotherapy or chemotherapy; 7. Informed and voluntarily participated in the study and signed the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Abdominal and pelvic ultrasound or CT and chest X-ray examinations suggest that there is distant metastasis (M1); 2. Those who cannot tolerate surgery due to the function of vital organs; 3. Patients receiving other clinical trials at the same time; 4. The research cannot be completed on time as determined by the investigator.
