Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Center for Epidemiological Research Depression Scale (CES-D) score >=16. 2. Be able to fully participate in ICBT and CBT treatment. 3. Able to use WeChat alone or with the help of family members. 4. With the approval of the Medical Ethics Committee, the patients voluntarily cooperated with the research and treatment, and signed a written informed consent. 5. Aged 18-60 years, the gender is not limited, there is a subjective desire to participate in psychotherapy and a desire to change the status quo. 6. No history of depression within six months.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Suicidal tendencies (Baker Depression Scale score > 1). 2. Has received other psychotherapy. 3. Alcohol and/or drug dependence and abuse. 4. Diagnosed by a psychiatrist above the attending physician, in line with DSM-IV adult depression, bipolar affective disorder, and insanity.
