Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 Normal controls, without any past history of mental disorders, volunteers: (1) Aged 16-45 years; (2) Nationality: Han nationality; (3) Degree of handedness: right-handed; (4) Diagnostic criteria: those who do not meet the diagnosis of any axis I or axis II disease in the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM-IV); no organic encephalopathy or neurological disease; (5) Drug use: never used any antipsychotics, antidepressants, benzodiazepines or other drugs that can affect the central nervous system; (6) Subjects or their legal guardians agree to participate in this research and sign the informed consent. 2. Subjects with depressive and manic phases of bipolar disorder and anxiety disorders, subjects with episodes of outpatient or inpatient treatment: (1) Aged 16-45 years; (2) Nationality: Han nationality; (3) Degree of handedness: right-handed; (4) Diagnostic criteria: those who meet the corresponding disease diagnosis in DSM-IV, and are not accompanied by any other diagnosis of axis I or axis II diseases other than mood-related disorders; those who have no organic encephalopathy or neurological disease; (5) Drug use: not using or using related drugs, but still in the attack period; (6) Subjects or their legal guardians agree to participate in this research and sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Color blindness, color weakness, deafness, stuttering, etc.; 2. Be pregnant within one year.
