Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) classification II or III; 2. Aged 55 to 75 years, gender is not limited; 3. Transcranial Doppler ultrasound showed stenosis of one carotid artery (stenosis >70% in symptomatic patients; stenosis >80% in asymptomatic patients); 4. Have the ability to act independently, and voluntarily signed the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. In the past six months, there has been an attack of serious cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases such as cerebral infarction and myocardial infarction; 2. Preoperative basal blood pressure higher than 180/110 mmHg; 3. Severe liver and kidney disease; 4. History of dementia or mental illness; 5. History of drug abuse; 6. Severe visual and hearing impairment.
