45 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. 4 to 6 weeks of onset; 2. Aged between 45-75 years; 3. NIHSS score of 5-15, can walk with the assistance of crutches; 4. Clinically significant self-reported fatigue (FAS score >= 24 points); 5. Be conscious and have sufficient cognitive and language function to complete rehabilitation treatment and assessment.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Brain tumor; 2. Complicated with severe cardiopulmonary disease or liver and kidney insufficiency; 3. Have peripheral nerve injury, spinal cord lesions and other neurological diseases; 4. The unaffected limb cannot complete muscle strength training; 5. Reject the participant.
