Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with chronic hepatitis B who were diagnosed or previously diagnosed in the outpatient department of infectious diseases of our hospital from December 2018 to May 2019; 2. Patients taking antiviral containing TDF or ADV; 3. The medication time is more than 2 years, and the results of relevant laboratory tests such as demographics, biochemical indicators and bone mineral density are collected.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients suffering from hepatitis C, alcoholic liver disease, autoimmunity and other liver diseases; 2. Patients with renal disease, parathyroid disease, bone tumor disease and liver transplantation in the past.
