Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18-60 years; 2. BMI>18.5kg/m^2; 3. Patients with prediabetes meet the WHO diagnostic criteria: IFG: 6.1 mmol/L<=fasting blood glucose <7.0 mmol/L and 2h blood glucose after OGTT <7.8 mmol/L; IGT: fasting blood glucose < 6.1 mmol/L and 7.8 mmol/L <= 2h blood glucose after OGTT < 11.1 mmol/L; IFG+IGT diagnostic criteria: 6.1 mmol/L<=FBG<7.0 mmol/L and 7.8 mmol/L<=2h blood glucose after OGTT <11.1 mmol/L; 4. Those who voluntarily signed the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Those who have used hypoglycemic drugs in the past 1 month; 2. Gastrointestinal disease, severe liver or kidney disease, active heart disease, severe cerebrovascular disease, abnormal thyroid function, organ transplant; 3. Pregnant and lactating patients; 4. Those with masticatory dysfunction and unable to eat normally; 5. Those who are allergic or intolerant to soy milk nuts; 6. Participated in other clinical trials or carried out weight loss and other special diets within the past 3 months; 7. Irregular work and rest for three meals, night shift and other work; 8. The daily physical activity level varies greatly; 9. Drinking and smoking.
