Group 1:Liraglutide was combined with insulin deglume once daily

Group 2:Basal-prandial insulin

Group 3:5+2 light fasting

Group 4:Liraglutide injected subcutaneously once daily

Group 5:Oral metformin

20 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged over 20 years; 2. Body mass index BMI less than 35 kg/m^2; 3. No history of chronic diseases such as coronary heart disease; 4. Voluntarily participate in the trial and sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe acute or chronic diabetes complications; 2. Alcohol or drug abuse; 3. Type 1 diabetes or gestational diabetes; 4. Severe liver and kidney disease; 5. Severe cardiovascular disease and current symptomatic heart failure; 6. Pregnancy and lactation.
