18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged between 18 and 80 years; 2. Intended for unilateral knee arthroplasty; 3. Patients with stable condition before surgery and able to cooperate with the investigation; 4. Clear consciousness, able to express their feelings independently; 5. Use general anesthesia, use an intravenous analgesic pump after surgery, and adjust the use of drugs and doses individually according to the patient's condition; 6. Voluntarily participate in this study and sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. There is a history of other operations within one month before the operation; 2. Those who have mental disorders and tendencies of mental disorders; 3. Accompanied by other diseases that affect sleep, such as restless legs syndrome, sleep apnea syndrome and hyperthyroidism; 4. Combined with contraindications of general anesthesia; 5. Patients with other conditions that the investigator considers unsuitable for inclusion.
