Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 3-6 years; 2. Children with autism spectrum disorder meet the diagnostic criteria for autism spectrum disorder in the fifth edition of the American Psychiatric Diagnostic and Statistical Manual, and have a diagnosis certificate from a top-three hospital; 3. Possess certain motor, listening, comprehension and language skills.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Complicated with major physical diseases and neurological diseases; 2. Developmental delay caused by a clear etiology; 3. Those with metal implants in the body; 4. Not taking antibiotics, probiotics and prebiotics within three months; 5. Not taking DHA, vitamins and other drugs; 6. Accompanying ADHD, and taking aripiprazole, atomoline and other psychotropic drugs; 7. The child's guardian does not agree to participate in or is unable to adhere to the follow-up study and follow-up.
