Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.HFrEF group: (1) Aged >= 18 years, gender is not limited; (2) The patient has certain language expression and comprehension ability, understands and voluntarily fills in the informed consent form, and cooperates with the completion of blood test, stool collection and scale filling; (3) Patients diagnosed with HFrEF according to the 2019 ESC-HFA diagnostic criteria. 2.HFpEF group: (1) Aged >= 18 years, gender is not limited; (2) The patient has certain language expression and comprehension ability, understands and voluntarily fills in the informed consent form, and cooperates with the completion of blood test, stool collection and scale filling; (3) Patients diagnosed with HFpEF according to the 2019 ESC-HFA diagnostic criteria.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with severe respiratory, digestive, endocrine and blood system diseases; 2. Patients with severe liver and kidney damage; 3. Those with pacemaker implantation before enrollment; 4. Those suffering from any infectious diseases (including bacterial and viral infections); 5. Pregnant and lactating patients; 6. Cancer and mental patients; 7. Those who cannot cooperate for other reasons, have poor compliance, and are inconvenient to follow up; 8. History of drug abuse; 9. Participated in other clinical trials.
