Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The patient's pull test is positive, and the number of Malassezia bacteria is more than 100 under the random enterprise high-power microscope. 2. The patients or their authorized persons have signed the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients and healthy subjects treated with oral and/or topical antifungal and/or steroid drugs or biological drugs within one month. 2. Other co-occurring hormonal imbalances, diabetes and skin inflammatory diseases and diseases such as tinea versicolor, atopic dermatitis, scalp folliculitis and head lice.
