Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18-65 years, gender is not limited; 2. ASA is classified as I-II; 3. BMI 18-28kg/m^2; 4. No immune, endocrine, neurological and mental system diseases, no serious heart, lung, liver, kidney dysfunction, no hypertension, coronary heart disease and other complications before surgery; 5. Patients undergoing general anesthesia undergoing elective laparoscopic cholecystectomy; 6. The patients voluntarily participated in this trial and signed the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Those who are allergic or contraindicated to opioids and their components; 2. Those with allergies; 3. Those with a history of chronic pain and taking sedatives or analgesics; 4. Preoperative assessment of patients with difficult airway; 5. Those who are pregnant; 6. Those who participated in any clinical trial as subjects within 3 months before enrollment; 7. Other conditions judged by the investigator to be unsuitable for inclusion.
