Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged >= 60; 2. No history of stroke or dementia; 3. Was hospitalized in the Department of Neurology of Tongji Hospital and had a MRI scan record.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe heart, lung, liver, kidney disease, tumor, etc.; 2. The medical records are incomplete.
