FiO2 group:FiO2 was 100% during pre-oxygenation and 60% perioperatively
iFiO2 group:FiO2 at 60% during pre-oxygenation, with SpO2-guided iFiO2 titration to control arterial oxygenation in perioperative patients

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients undergoing gastrointestinal surgery under elective general anesthesia, aged >=40 years, and ASA grade I-III; 2. Expected mechanical ventilation time > 3 hours, pulse perfusion index (PI > 1.4); 3. Sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients or family members who are unable or unwilling to cooperate; 2. Patients who live in plateau areas; 3. Preoperative hemoglobin <110g/L for women and <120g/L for men; 4. Preoperative SpO2<=94%; 5. Patients with severe cardiopulmonary disease; lung ultrasound imaging is not clear.
