Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients aged >65 years who underwent painless gastrointestinal endoscopy in the outpatient department of our hospital, and patients who were willing to receive follow-up after anesthesia. 2. Patients who have lived in the local area for more than half a year, and at least have to live in the local area for more than half a year, and have a fixed address and contact information. 3. Patients with primary school education or above, with normal listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills. 4. Non-tumor patients who have not undergone major surgery in the past five years.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. ASA > III. 2. Unable to take care of themselves in life (ADL>22 points). 3. Severe anemia (Hgb<70g/L), severe mental illness, long-term use of anti-anxiety drugs. 4. Severe insomnia requires long-term use of sleeping pills. 5. Long-term alcoholism and alcohol dependence. 6. Those who have undergone other major operations within 3 months after the start of anesthesia follow-up, and those who have undergone gastrointestinal endoscopy review. 7. Those with a history of surgical anesthesia during the five years prior to outpatient anesthesia.
