Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18-75 years; 2. Patients with elective hepatobiliary surgery; 3. ASA classification I-III; 4. In line with ethics, the patients were tested voluntarily and signed the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant or lactating patients; 2. Patients with severe renal dysfunction (severe renal dysfunction: Cr clearance <30 ml/min); 3. Abnormal history of anesthesia; 4. History of allergy to drugs such as anesthetics or opioids; 5. Communication impairment; 6. History of chronic pain, alcohol dependence, mental illness; 7. Long-term use of sedative and/or analgesic and/or anxiolytic, depressive and/or non-steroidal analgesics; 8. Use of monoamine oxidase inhibitors and/or antidepressants and/or antiepileptic drugs within 15 days before surgery; 9. Use of sedative and/or analgesic and/or antipruritic drugs within 24 hours before surgery; 10. Other patients who are not considered suitable to participate in this trial.
