Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18-65 years; ASA score is I or II; 2. Patients who plan to undergo painless digestive endoscopy; 3. SPO2>=92% when breathing air before surgery; 180mmg>=SBP>=90mmHg; 100>=DBP>=50mmHg; 4. 18kg/m^2<=BMI<=28kg/m^2; 5. Before the trial, understand the nature, significance, possible benefits, possible inconveniences and potential dangers of the trial in detail, understand the research procedures and voluntarily sign the informed consent in writing.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Requires complex endoscopic diagnosis and treatment techniques; 2. Patients who are judged to be difficult to manage the respiratory tract (modified Markov classification IV); 3. Those who are allergic to or have contraindications to benzodiazepines, opioids, propofol, and propofol emulsion injection excipients; 4. Participated in clinical trials of other drugs as subjects within the past 3 months; 5. The researchers believe that patients should not participate in this trial.
