Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged over 18 years old; 2. The first CT scan or lumbar puncture on admission confirmed the diagnosis of subarachnoid hemorrhage; 3. Routinely accepted digital subtraction angiography (DSA) or CTA within 72 hours after hospitalization to diagnose intracranial aneurysm; 4. Received intracranial aneurysm craniotomy, interventional embolization or compound surgery within 72 hours; 5. Hunt-Hess classification level III or above; 6. The patient's family signed the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Over 80 years old; 2. Patients with systemic inflammatory response syndrome or sepsis at the time of enrollment; 3. Have a history of hematological diseases, bleeding constitution, coagulation dysfunction, check prothrombin time (PT)>15s, activated partial thromboplastin time (APTT)>40s, international normalized ratio (INR)>1.4, platelet count (PLT)<100x10^9/L; 4. Major surgery or trauma history within the past three months; 5. A history of gastrointestinal ulcer in the past three months, and a history of urinary system bleeding in the past three weeks; 6. Intracerebral hemorrhage or myocardial infarction occurred in the past three months; 7. Pregnancy and lactation patients; 8. Patients with autoimmune diseases.
