Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Doctor: (1) ICU staff with more than 5 years of ICU work experience; (2) Experience in making treatment decisions for patients; (3) Have good comprehension and language skills; (4) Informed consent and voluntary participation in this researcher. 2. Patients: (1) Patients who meet the requirements of Article 16 of the "Guidelines for the Construction and Management of Intensive Medicine Department (Trial)"; (2) Informed consent and voluntary participation; (3) Those who can correctly understand the researcher's questions and answer them accordingly. 3. Patient's family: (1) Family members of patients admitted to the intensive care department in accordance with Article 16 of the Guidelines for the Construction and Management of Intensive Care Medicine (Trial); (2) Informed consent and voluntary participation; (3) The main caregiver of the patient during hospitalization; (4) Those who can correctly understand the researcher's questions and answer them accordingly.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Doctors: ICU training, regular training, internship, and vacation personnel; 2. Patients: none; 3. Family members of the patient: none.
