Age
40 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 40 to 60 years old; 2. Can communicate with testers normally; 3. Preoperative simple mental status scale (MMSE) > score 27; 4. American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) Grade I-II, BMI 20-25kg/m2; 5. Right-handed.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. disorders that affect cognitive function; 2. severe cardiopulmonary, liver and kidney dysfunction; 3. visual or sensory disorders; 4. speech disorders or severe hearing impairment.
