18 Years to 40 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Aged between 18 and 40 years; physically and mentally health, and no medication recently; Chinese-speaking; can tolerate a single oral dose of Propranolol HCl of 40 mg; signed written informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Frequent Tetris player; history of mental illness; alcohol or drug addiction; experienced severe traumatic events recently; cognitive impairment; pregnant or lactating; contraindications to taking propranolol HCl; not completing the whole process of this trial.
