19 Years to 41 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. There were no serious complications and complications in prenatal examination; 2. women who give birth naturally or undergo elective surgery at normal term of 37-42 weeks and voluntarily breast-feed after delivery; 3. Sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe preeclampsia; Intrahepatic cholestasis of pregnancy; 2. twins, macrosomia and polyhydramnios; 3. the APTT time of coagulation dysfunction is more than 40s, and the platelet count is less than 80× 109/l; 4. Other systemic diseases whose condition is not controlled; 5. metal implants in the body; 6. Allergic to ultrasonic couplant; 7. Other diseases that researchers think are not suitable for selection.
